Refund Policy

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Support Team at TheMossComanyUSA@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt.

Product delivery will be determined by the tracking/order number.

We do not accept returns due to the fact that “herbs” are classified as food.

In order to qualify for a refund on damaged or lost items, please email a picture of the damaged item and/or order number for verification.  Upon receipt, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and replacement orders will be sent based  production dates to assure freshness of product.
